“Hunter’s Moon” is a free Arthan the bear man story at 7077 words. It is the first young Arthan story, taking place when Arthan is about sixteen years old. He is no longer training at the sacred Mountain but a young man wandering the forest with his sword, Salimander. After writing Bearshirt #4: War of the Weres, I felt it might be nice to introduce readers to the werewolves in Arthan’s world. But as you can tell from that illo, the werewolves aren’t the problem.
